Clear Rate Communications, a telecommunication service provider, signed a lease for 16,201 square feet in the office building at 2600 W. Big Beaver Rd. in Troy, MI.
Built in 1987, the six-story building totals 450,000 square feet across from the Somerset Collection, an upscale super-regional shopping mall home to more than 180 stores. New York City-based Sovereign Partners purchased the building office building in 2015.
